From the sponsorship of the KNHB and Deloitte, Deloitte has targeted specific recruitment objectives. We came up with an innovative and attractive brand activation with digital innovation to resonate with the Next Gen in a unique way.
The Gameplan what we did
Deloitte’s request was to develop a groundbreaking concept for hockey-playing students that goes beyond the sport and provides a broader experience, aligning explicitly with Deloitte’s identity. It needed to encompass:
An exciting hockey activation
A fitting and challenging appeal for students
Deloitte-branded elements
Core themes of technology, innovation and skills
Inclusion of a ‘’wow-factor’’
This led to the creation of a new edition of the Deloitte Students Hockey Trophy. Students can register for free, and throughout the day, alongside 6 vs. 6 and 7 vs. 7 hockey matches, there are Deloitte Talks featuring discussions with hockey internationals and Deloitte representatives inspiring participants. Additionally, there’s a photo booth and the Skill Challenge field, where unique and innovative skills closely related to Deloitte, such as the 24-game combining hockey skills and mathematics, are tested.
