The Gameplan
what we did

Neptunus Rotterdam, a leading baseball and softball association in the Netherlands, organized the Rotterdam Baseball Weekend for the first time this year. A weekend filled with baseball games that took place at the Neptunus Rotterdam stadium. To enhance communication with ticket buyers and promote the event, GOALDEN established a revamped marketing strategy. In collaboration with CM.com, GOALDEN optimized and automated email marketing. The implementation of email automation and a renewed marketing strategy streamlined and improved Neptunus’ ticket sales.

Looking ahead, GOALDEN and Neptunus Rotterdam plan to further develop the enhanced marketing strategy. With a renewed focus on the future, Neptunus Rotterdam will actively work on a dynamic marketing strategy to more effectively engage the Gen Z target audience and improve communication with its members.
